LinkedIn Ads
We build LinkedIn campaigns around the accounts sales wants and the people who decide inside them, then track progress in your CRM.
The problem
LinkedIn clicks cost you a lot, and your sales team rarely sees a conversation come out of them.
Enterprise deals move slowly and pass through several people. Yet LinkedIn often gets judged like a search channel, on monthly cost per lead. That scorecard rewards whoever fills out a form, which is rarely the person who signs.
Targeting has its own leaks. Titles are inconsistent across companies, and a filter that looks precise can miss much of the committee. Leave audience expansion and the Audience Network on, and spend drifts outside your market.
Underneath it all, marketing and sales often work from different account lists.
You may recognize this
- Lead Gen Forms fill up with companies you would never sell to.
- The demographics report is heavy on students and junior roles.
- Sales has never seen the list of accounts being advertised to.
- Every campaign asks a cold audience to book a demo.
How we work
Agree on the account list
With sales, we define the ICP and upload a company list through Matched Audiences. Job function and seniority map the committee better than titles.
Sequence by format
Thought Leader Ads and Document Ads open the problem conversation. Engaged viewers move into retargeting audiences that see more direct offers.
Keep the audience clean
Expansion and Audience Network stay off by default. We read the demographics report, exclude what drifts in, and watch frequency on small audiences.
Connect to the CRM
Insight Tag, LinkedIn Conversions API and form sync tie activity to records. Sales then sees which accounts are moving.
What we deliver
- ICP definition and target account list
- Buying committee and message map
- Campaign plan by format and stage
- Tracking and form sync setup
- Monthly warm account list for sales
How we measure
- Target account reach: confirms budget lands on the companies you chose.
- Account-level engagement: one click says little about a committee.
- Opportunities from advertised accounts: ties media to pipeline in your CRM.
- Cost per sales-accepted lead: a harder filter than form volume.
A software vendor serving manufacturers
Illustrative scenario: A software vendor serving manufacturers runs only demo-request ads, and sales rejects most of what arrives. The team builds a target list with sales, distributes an industry report through Document Ads, then reaches engaged accounts with Thought Leader Ads.
Common questions
Isn't LinkedIn too expensive compared with Google Ads?
Per click, usually yes. You pay for the ability to filter by company, role and seniority, which can work when your account list is finite and each customer is valuable.
Is the audience in Türkiye large enough?
It varies by industry and role, and some niches are too small to deliver. We check forecasted size in Campaign Manager before launch, then widen the list or region if needed.
How long before we can judge the results?
Judge pipeline against your normal sales cycle. Early on, watch target account reach and engagement, since a single month of lead counts misleads.
