SEO & Organic Growth
Local SEO
We help nearby customers find you on Google Maps and in local results by managing your Business Profile, location pages, and review process together.
The problem
People near you are searching for exactly what you offer, and the map shows them your competitors.
Google says local results come down mainly to relevance, distance, and prominence, and that no one can pay for a better local ranking. You can't move your building, but you can influence the rest: profile accuracy, what your site says about each location, your reviews, and local sources that mention you.
A common reaction is to spin up a page per neighborhood with only the name swapped. Those pages tell people nothing and can run into Google's doorway abuse policy. For multi-location businesses, visibility often erodes through stale hours, closed-branch listings, and unanswered reviews.
You may recognize this
- You appear for your brand name but not for the service you sell.
- One branch has duplicate listings or different phone numbers.
- Nobody tracks calls and direction requests from your profile.
How we work
Local visibility grid
We sample priority queries across neighborhoods with a geo-grid. A single-point check misleads because results change with the searcher's location. The grid reveals weak zones.
Profile cleanup and consistency
We choose the most accurate primary category and remove duplicates. The name stays as it appears on your signage, and virtual offices don't qualify. Details also get aligned on Apple Maps and Yandex Maps.
Location page architecture
Each real branch gets a distinct page covering staff, directions, and branch-specific services. LocalBusiness structured data keeps site and profile details in agreement.
Review process
We build the review request into the journey after service. Under Google's rules, you ask every customer the same way, with no incentives and no filtering for happy ones.
What we deliver
- Google Business Profile audit and setup
- Unique location page template per branch
- Review request and response playbook
- UTM-tagged profile links and call measurement setup
How we measure
- Calls, direction requests, and website clicks from the profile, which show visibility turning into action.
- Local pack visibility by neighborhood, which shows where you're strong and where you're missing.
- Qualified calls or appointments, the actual business outcome.
Neighborhood visibility for a dental clinic
Illustrative scenario: a dental clinic with three Ankara branches shows up on the map only near its main location. A geo-grid scan reveals the gaps. Profiles get completed, each branch gets its own page with dentist and access details, and a compliant review process begins.
Common questions
Can we add keywords to our business name?
No. The name has to match the one you use in the real world. Stuffing it might seem to work for a while, but it breaks Google's guidelines and risks suspension.
Can law firms and clinics do local SEO?
Yes, within limits. Lawyers in Türkiye work under an advertising ban, and healthcare providers have their own promotion rules. Accurate contact details are generally fine, but clear claims and review requests with your legal counsel first.
Can we get a negative review removed?
You can flag it only if it violates policy, as fake or off-topic reviews do. Otherwise a calm, short reply works best. In healthcare and legal settings, never confirm client details in a response.
