Marketing Automation

We build automated journeys that stay in sync with your CRM and respect consent records. Your team stops pulling lists by hand and can see what each flow adds.

The problem

You're paying for a marketing automation platform and using it as a bulk email tool.

The platform gets bought, a welcome series goes live, and within months the team is back to blasts. The software is rarely why. CRM sync is unreliable, lifecycle stages were never defined, and behavioral events aren't reaching the tool.

Results get misread too. An abandoned cart email looks great in a platform report, partly because many of those buyers were coming back regardless, and open rates weakened once mail clients began preloading images. The solid read on a flow needs a comparison group.

You may recognize this

  • Sales calls marketing's hot leads a waste of time.
  • Reporting stops at opens and clicks.
  • Opt-outs recorded in İYS take too long to reach your sending tool.

How we work

  1. Define the lifecycle

We map stages from subscriber to repeat customer as CRM fields, with entry and exit rules and an owner for each.

  2. Fix data and deliverability

We map fields between CRM, site events and the platform, build one suppression logic from consent and İYS records, and check SPF, DKIM and DMARC before volume goes up.

  3. Build flows and scoring

Welcome, post-quote and win-back flows run on behavior, with frequency caps so they don't collide. Fit and engagement are scored separately, with thresholds set alongside sales.

  4. Hold out a control group

Each major flow keeps a random group that receives nothing. The conversion difference between groups tells us what the flow adds.

What we deliver

  • Lifecycle map and stage definitions
  • Consent and suppression rules
  • Live trigger-based flows
  • Lead scoring model
  • Flow-level holdout reports

How we measure

  • Incremental conversions against the holdout: the cleanest evidence a flow earns its place.
  • Lead-to-opportunity rate: shows whether scoring points sales at the right people.
  • Unsubscribe and complaint rates: an early warning that frequency is wearing people out.

A software vendor offering free trials

Illustrative scenario: Take a B2B software vendor offering free trials. Everyone gets the same drip sequence regardless of what they do in the product, and sales follows up at random. We'd trigger messages from product events such as a stalled setup, and alert sales when fit and usage both cross the agreed threshold.

Common questions

Do we need a new platform?

Often the current one is fine once data and stages are sorted out. Switching makes sense when it can't handle your event data or prices against your list size.

What does Turkish law require for email and SMS marketing?

Commercial electronic messages fall under Law No. 6563 and are managed through İYS, the national message management system, while KVKK governs personal data. You must satisfy both, and your legal counsel should confirm your position.

Can automation cover channels beyond email?

Yes. SMS, WhatsApp Business and push can join the same flow. Each has its own consent rules, cost and tolerance for frequency.
