Education & Enablement
Sales Training
We use your reps' own calls, proposals, and CRM history to sharpen discovery by role, then hand a weekly coaching routine to your sales managers.
The problem
Our reps run plenty of meetings, but deals go quiet after the proposal and nobody can say why.
The CRM says the deal was lost on price. The calls tell a different story: the rep stayed on symptoms, never asked how the decision gets made, and closed with "I'll send something over."
Closing techniques can't repair that. Most losses are set up in the first conversation and only surface at the end.
Reps then try something new, hit a busy week, and fall back on their old pitch. If nobody reviews calls with them, the fallback sticks.
You may recognize this
- "Price" dominates your closed-lost reasons.
- Proposals go out before anyone knows who signs.
- Your best rep's success can't be explained in terms others could copy.
- Pipeline reviews cover forecasts, never what was said on a call.
How we work
Call listening and deal autopsies
We review won and lost deals through recordings, proposals, and CRM notes. Patterns from your own pipeline set the curriculum.
Role-specific scorecards
An SDR, an account executive, and a key account manager need different skills, so each role gets a scorecard defining a good call in your market.
Practice with your actual objections
Role-plays use objections your buyers really raise. Reps rerun each conversation after peer feedback, because the second attempt is where skill forms.
Coaching handed to managers
We teach sales managers to run a weekly call review, sit in on the first rounds, then step back.
What we deliver
- Call and deal analysis findings
- Call scorecards by role
- Discovery question bank and objection library
- Next-step standard for calls and CRM entries
- Manager coaching guide and weekly review template
How we measure
- Scorecard results over time, including discovery depth and how much the customer talks.
- Share of open deals with a dated next step and a named owner.
- Stage-to-stage movement and shifts in lost reasons, which show whether the bottleneck moved.
- Call reviews managers complete, since that routine keeps the behavior alive.
Stalled proposals at an equipment supplier
Illustrative scenario: A B2B equipment supplier sees its proposals praised and then ignored. Call reviews show reps bonding with technicians while the finance lead stays out of the conversation. Training centers on mapping the buying committee, and managers listen for those questions in weekly reviews.
Common questions
We don't record calls. Can we still do this?
Yes. We can start from emails, proposals, CRM notes, and meetings we join with your permission.
Are there privacy issues with using customer calls?
There can be. Your legal team should confirm that recording and reuse are covered under KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law. We strip identifying details and keep recordings within a small group.
Do you teach a specific sales methodology?
We don't push a branded one. We pick what fits your deal size and sales cycle and turn it into shared language.
