Education & Enablement

Corporate Training

Fratres Akademi, our education arm, starts from the result you need, works out which behaviors must change, and builds a role-based program your managers can keep running.

The problem

We keep paying for training, people enjoy it, and a few weeks later nothing at work looks different.

Most training requests arrive as a prescription: "our people need communication skills." Nobody has checked the diagnosis. The same complaint can come from missing skills, unclear authority, or conflicting targets.

When the cause sits outside the person, a classroom can't reach it. People return to their desks, the old system is waiting, and the new habit fades.

That is why high feedback scores mislead. They capture how the day felt and say little about who works differently a month later.

You may recognize this

  • The same topic returns to the training calendar every year.
  • The annual plan is a stack of department wish lists.
  • Managers can't say what their people learned.
  • Evaluation stops at a feedback form on the last day.

How we work

  1. Performance analysis first

We interview managers and staff and review actual work output. Each gap is sorted into knowledge, skill, process, or incentive, and we say plainly which ones training won't fix.

  2. Objectives written per role

Every objective names something a person in that role will do on the job. A specialist and a team lead can share a topic and leave with different goals.

  3. Sessions built on your own work

Cases come from your real files, emails, and meetings. Practice outweighs explanation, and participants leave with a usable draft.

  4. Manager-led transfer

Managers get a briefing before the program and a follow-up guide after it. Spaced assignments give one-on-ones a concrete agenda.

What we deliver

  • Needs analysis report, including what training won't solve
  • Role-based objectives and a skills matrix
  • Custom materials and on-the-job assignments
  • Manager follow-up guide

How we measure

  • How often the target behavior shows up at work, tracked through short manager observations.
  • How many managers hold follow-up conversations, since transfer usually breaks at this link.
  • Movement in the business indicator behind the program, read alongside whatever else changed.

Missed handoffs at a logistics company

Illustrative scenario: A regional logistics company asks for time management training because deliveries keep slipping. Interviews show dispatchers and account teams working from different priority lists. The company agrees on one handoff rule, and training then focuses on how shift leads run that handoff.

Common questions

What if the analysis shows training isn't the answer?

We say so in the report. If the cause is a process, an authority gap, or a target conflict, we recommend fixing that instead.

Do participants get a certificate?

On request, we can issue a certificate of attendance. It confirms participation only and is not an accredited qualification.

Who besides HR should be involved?

The head of the business unit the program serves, from the first conversation. Without that sponsor, follow-up falls on HR alone and rarely holds.

Before we work together, let's think together.

Requests are answered by the founder.
