Education & Enablement

Webinars

We turn one-off webinars into a steady program with a topic calendar, prepared speakers, a well-run live show, useful sales follow-up, and reusable content.

The problem

Registrations look fine, the live room feels empty, and no one follows up afterward.

Many webinars begin with a date on the calendar. The topic comes from what the company wants to say, promotion gets squeezed into the last week, and the speaker finishes slides the night before.

Success is then reported as a registration count, which says nothing about who showed up or what they asked. When sales gets the list, reps don't know who to call or why.

The biggest loss comes afterward. Questions never reach sales, the recording sits unused, and everyone gets the same generic thank-you.

You may recognize this

  • A wide gap separates registrations from live attendance.
  • Q&A is silent or gets cut for time.
  • Attendee lists go to sales unsorted, or not at all.
  • Recordings are published once and never used again.

How we work

  1. Topics from buyer questions

We mine sales calls, support tickets, and search data for questions your audience already has. Each session gets one audience segment and one next step.

  2. Run-of-show and speaker prep

We cut the talk down, plan interaction points, and seed questions. A technical rehearsal and a written backup plan precede every broadcast.

  3. Registration-to-follow-up path

We build the registration page, reminders, and privacy notices, then plan separate follow-up for those who stayed, dropped off, or never came.

  4. Repurposing

Each recording becomes short clips, a blog post, a Q&A page, and a brief for sales.

What we deliver

  • Quarterly webinar calendar
  • Run-of-show and moderator notes
  • Speaker preparation kit
  • Registration page and email copy
  • Attendance-based follow-up list for sales
  • Post-event content pack

How we measure

  • Qualified live attendance: people who fit your audience, a better signal than raw registrations.
  • The retention curve during the broadcast, which shows where the content lost people.
  • Volume and quality of audience questions, which hint at buying stage.
  • Sales conversations started with attendees, the plainest link to commercial impact.

A supplier teaching facility managers

Illustrative scenario: An industrial cleaning supplier runs a session for facility managers on a maintenance problem its sales team keeps hearing about. After the broadcast, people who stayed get a short checklist and a call from their account owner, no-shows get a highlight clip, and the questions become a FAQ page.

Common questions

Which webinar platform should we use?

That depends on audience size, where you want registration data stored, and CRM integration. If your current license does the job, we'd keep it.

Can sales contact everyone who registers?

Only within what your notices and consents allow. In Türkiye that means KVKK notices and, for commercial messages, electronic communication consent, so confirm the flow with counsel.

Our expert isn't a natural speaker. What then?

We often switch to a moderated interview, so the expert answers questions instead of carrying a solo talk.
